Day 01 Mumbai
On arrival at the International Airport you will be received and transferred to your hotel.After breakfast visit the Gateway of India overlooking the Harbour. Visit the Towers of Silence. Visit the Marine Drive and the Dhobi Ghat.. Also visit Mani Bhawan Museum dedicated to life and works of Rashtra Pita Mahatma Gandhi. Explore bustling Crawford Market.

Day 02 Mumbai
After breakfast visit the Elephanta Caves & later visit Dharavi(the biggest slum of Asia)

Day 03: Mumbai - Udaipur Udaipur
Morning board the Flight to Udaipur. Udaipur is one of the most romantic cities of India. It is widely famous for its elegant palaces and lovely lakes. It is located in the Aravalli ranges of Rajasthan. It is one the most charming and captivating cities in Rajasthan. Start your Udaipur city tours by visiting the magnificent City Palace and wandering through its beautiful rooms and apartments. Visit the terrific Jagdish Temple. Later visit the famous Saheliyon-ki-Bari. Later afternoon enjoy boat ride on picturesque lake – Pichola Lake. Visit elegant Lake Palace situated in the middle of lake. In time return back to the hotel for sumptuous dinner and comforting overnight stay.

Day 04 Udaipur- Kumbhalgarh
After breakfast drive to Kumbhalgarh. Located 64 kms north of Udaipur in the wilderness, Kumbhalgarh is the second most important citadel after Chittorgarh in the Mewar region. Cradled in the Aravali Ranges the fort was built in the 15th century by Rana Kumbha. Because of its inaccessibility and hostile topography the fort had remained un-conquered. It also served the rulers of Mewar as a refuge in times of strife. The fort also served as refuge to the baby king Udai of Mewar. It is also of sentimental significance as it is the birthplace of Mewar's legendary King Maharana Partap.

The fort is self-contained and has within its amalgam almost everything to withstand a long siege. The fort fell only once that too to the combined armies of Mughal and of Amber for scarcity of drinking water. Many magnificent palaces an array of temples built by the Mauryas of which the most picturesque place is the Badal Mahal or the palace of the clouds. The fort also offers a superb birds view of the surroundings. The fort's thick wall stretches some 36 kms and is wide enough to take eight horses abreast. Maharana Fateh Singh renovated the fort in the 19th century. The fort's large compound has very interesting ruins and the walk around it can be very rewarding.

On arrival check in the hotel & later visit the mighty Fort of Kumbhalgarh.

Day 05 Kumbhalgarh- Ranakpur-Mount Abu
Morning drive to Mount Abu visiting Ranakpur enroute. Beautiful sculptured Jain temples mark the glory of this renowned place. Marked as one of the five holy places for the Jain community, these were created in the 15 the century. During the reign of Rana Kumbha and are enclosed within a wall. The central Chaumukha [four faced temple] is dedicated to Adinathji the temple is an astounding creation with 29 halls and 1,444 pillars all distinctly carved and no two being alike is a amazing evidence of the genius sense of architecture that enhances the charm of the place. Every temple has this conceivable surface carved with equal delicacy.

The ambience of Ranakpur is mainly highlighted by the location and the almost divine architecture, giving the same hue as its counter part - the great Dilwara Temple's. in Mt-Abu. Facing the main temple are the unique temples -Parasvanath - Neminath with exquisite figures carving similar to that Khujaraho sculptures. Another temple worth visiting is the nearby 'Sun Temple' dedicated to the 'Sun God' (Surya-the master of all the planets and the provider of light to the whole universe) adorned with polygonal wall, richly embellished with the carvings of warriors, horses and solar (Nakshatras, grahs') deities riding splendid 'chariots' the vehicle of the 'Sun God'- which accordingly to the Hindu Mythology is the God of prosperity and a shining destiny in this world. Many throng this sh rine for these blessings. Overall Ranakpur is known as ' The tranquil pilgrimage town'

After visiting Ranakpur drive to Mount Abu. If your tour of India's desert state has left you exhausted and you’d like nothing better than a break from the heat and dust of Rajasthan, Mount Abu, the hill retreat set in sylvan forests may be just the place you need. Lying due west of Udaipur, about 185 km by road, this is the only hill station in Rajasthan (altitude 1200 m). Mount Abu is a quiet place perfect for those who like sleepy holiday destinations.The town comes to life under the onslaught of Gujarati honeymooners, weekend crowds and pilgrims who come here to boat in the picturesque Nakki Lake, walk hand in hand, shop at the innumerable little stalls and drive up to see variations of the same theme from several popular viewpoints (including the inevitable ‘Honeymoon Point’!) where you get enchanting views of the landscape surrounding Mount Abu.

Evening visit the famous Nakki Lake.Nakki means Nails. This lake has a historical importance.As per the old story of Mahabharat this Lake was digged by Pandavas by their nails.

Day 06 Mount Abu
Morning after breakfast visit Delwara JainTemple, Adhar Devi Temple, Trevor's Tank, Guru Shikhar, Achalgarh & sunset Point & have some good time at Nakki Lake in late evening.

Day 07 Mount Abu- Jodhpur
Morning drive to Jodhpur.On arrival check in the hotel. Jodpur-Situated at the edge of the Thar Desert on the foothill of a sandstone hillock, Jodhpur is like an oasis in the vast desert. One of the most fascinating cities of Rajasthan ,Jodhpur is encompassed by a 10 km long and high wall with 8 gates and innumerable bastions. Jodhpur was founded by Rao Jodha, a Rajput chief of the valiant Rathore clan, in 1459 A.D. Jodhpur is famous for its amazing architectural splendors like the 15 th century Mehrangarh Fort, beautiful palaces and temples. Jodhpur is also known for its unique art and culture .Later visit the Meharangarh Fort & Jaswant Thada. The Fort houses a number of beautiful palaces in its complex including Moti Mahal, Janaki Mahal, Chandan Mahal, Royal Durbar Takht, Rang Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Phool Mahal, Umaid Vilas and Maan Vilas, all showcasing royal grandeur of the bygone era

Day 08 Jodhpur
Morning take a Jeep Safari to Bishnoi Village. The Bishnoi’s are a community of Rajasthan who are famous for there rich cultural Rajasthani Life and there true love for nature and animals. Bishnoi Village Safari is the organized to help tourists take a glimpse of rich cultural life of Bishnoi Villages and True Rajasthan. Bishnois are strong lovers of wild animals. It is because of their protection that in Bishnoi dominated areas, deer and antelope(such as blue bulls, black bucks, chinkaras and chowsinghas) are seen grazing peacefully in their fields.Bishnois are known to be very violent and aggressive in protecting trees and wildlife. It is said that if you are a hunter, then the worst thing that could happen to you is to be caught hunting by a Bishnoi.

Unlike most Hindu communities, Bishnois bury their dead instead of cremating them. This is because of the strict prohibition on the felling of trees, the wood of which is required for cremation.

In October, 1996, Nihal Chand Bishnoi sacrificed his life for protecting wild animals. A film, Willing to Sacrifice, based on his story won the award for the Best Environment Film at the 5th International Festival of Films, TV and Video Programmes held at Bratislava, Slovakia.

Later visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace.Evening you can have a walk at Clock Tower & the old Market.

Day 09 Jodhpur - Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur.On arrival check in the hotel. Jaipur - The origins of the beautiful city of Jaipur can be traced back to the eighteenth century, during the reign of Jai Singh II who ascended the Amber throne in 1699. Jaipur today, epitomizes the spirit of Rajputana. In-spite of growing into a bustling metropolis,it still retains its character and history - A beautiful fusion of the yesteryears and modernity. Jaipur is popularly known as the Pink City because of the extensive use of the locally abundant pink plastered stone, painted so in honor of the visit of the royal consort of Queen Victoria. Jaipur thrills the soul with its massive forts, magnificent palaces, exquisite temples and lush gardens.

Start your excursion to Amber Fort enjoy elephant ride to ascend to the fort.Hawa Mahal,Birla Temple and local market.

Day 10 Jaipur
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting City Palace, Albert Hall Museum,Jantar Mantar and Nahargarh Fort. Evening have traditional rajasthani dinner at Chokhi Dhani(an ethnic village).

Day 11 Jaipur- Ranthambhore
After breakfast drive to Ranthambhore.On arrival check in the hotel. The Ranthambhore National Park at the junction of the Aravalis and the Vindhyas, is a unique juxtaposition of natural and historical richness, standing out conspicuously in the vast, arid and denuded tract of eastern Rajasthan,barely 14 kilometer from the town, Sawai Madhopur. It spreads over a highly undulating topography varying from gentle to steep slopes; from flat topped hills (Indala, Doodh-Bhat and Chiroli) of the Vindhyas to the conical hillocks and sharp ridges of the Aravalis; from wide and flat valleys (Lahpur, Nalghati, Khachida, Anantpur etc.) to narrow rocky gorges. An important geological feature, the "Great Boundary fault' where the Vindhyas were brought against the much ancient Aravalis, passes from here. Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve was among the first nine Tiger Reserve declared in 1973 at the launch of Project Tiger in India. It comprised the former Sawai Madhopur Wildlife Sanctuary of 392.5 sq. km. Reserved Forest (constituted in 1955).

Ranthambhore National Park with an area of 274.5 sq. km. was constituted within the Tiger Reserve in 1980. In the then Tiger Reserve, the National Park area was being managed as the core and the rest as buffer until in 1992, Keladevi Sanctuary having area of 674 sq. km. of Protected Forest (constituted in 1983), Sawai Mansingh Sanctuary with an area of 127 sq. km. (constituted in 1984). Kualji Close Area of 7.58 sq. km. and some other forest areas were added to the Reserve.

Day 13 Ranthambhore- Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra.On arrival check in the hotel. Agra is a historically rich city of India. It is one of the ancient towns of India. It is widely acclaimed for its magnificent monuments like Taj Mahal – the Symbol of Love, Agra Red Fort, Itmad-Ud- Daullah Tomb (the Baby Taj).

Taj Mahal : Taj Mahal is one of Seven Wonders of World. It is India’s star attraction appealing a large number of tourists through out the entire globe. It was built by mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. In the afternoon you will visit the splendid mughal monument Red Fort and the world famous magnificent Taj Mahal.

Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 14 Agra- Jhansi- Orcha- Khujraho
Morning board a train to Jhansi.On arrival at Jhansi drive to Orcha. Visit the famous temples of Orcha and continue drive to Khujraho.On arrival check in the hotel.

Day 15 Khujraho
Full day Sightseeing tour of Khajuraho. Khajuraho, once the great capital of Chandela, now a quiet town, Khajuraho temples here were built during the Chandela period from 950 to 1050 AD. Almost intriguing as the sheet beauty and the size of the temples is the question of why and how they were built here as Khajuraho is isolated, 1000 years ago as it is even today.

Day 16 Khujraho- Varanasi
Morning board a flight to Varanasi. On arrival checkin the Hotel. Varanasi : formerly known as Kashi - the city that illuminates. The religious capital of Hinduism , Varanasi is the oldest living city of India & one of the worlds' most ancient. The present name is derived from the fact that the city is at the confluence of the rivers Varuna & Asi.

Sarnath - the buried Buddhist city where Buddha preached his first sermon. After attaining enlightenment at Bodh Gaya the Buddha went to Sarnath; and it was here that he preached his first discourse in the deer park to set in motion the 'Wheel of the Dharma'. It is one of the most holy sites as in this place the stream of the Buddha's teaching first flowed. Sarnath was a renowned school of learning from 16th century BC to 12th century AD. Visit the ruins, the stupa, the Buddhist temple & the museum (closed on Fridays). At the museum is the Ashok Pillar with its four guardian lions, used as independent Indias' national emblem.

Day 17 Varanasi
Early morning, leave for boat ride on the Ganges to see the bathing Ghats (river bank) & cremation site. Sunrise on the riverfront, as seen from a boat, can be a spiritually uplifting sight. The life on the Ghats bound in an endless string of rituals, ever-changing aspects of the river & the wide landscape across have fascinated visitors from all over the world. Return to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, city tour of Varanasi - Visit the Bharat Mata temple with a big relief map of India in Marble, Durga temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Benaras Hindu University which has an art gallery & the mosque of Moghul Emperor Aurangzeb.

Afternoon, excursion to Ramnagar. Return by boat in the evening, enroute witness the religious ceremonies along the banks of river Ganges.

Day 18 Varanasi- Delhi
Morning board a flight for Delhi.On arrival check in the hotel. Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then embark on full day sightseeing tour of Old Delhi and New Delhi. Delhi is the capital city of India. It is one of the most important cities of India. It is just not a city but it is a book – a book which says the history of India. This historic city has witnessed several kingdoms and many ups and downs. Seven times this city went through the pain of being built and rebuilt.

Today, Delhi is one of the most important tourism destinations in the country appealing tourists and travellers from all over the world. There are several magnificent monuments in the city narrating the saga of past. Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Old Fort, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Rajghat, etc are historical monuments of Delhi tourists love to explore on their Delhi tours. Akshardham Temple Complex, Laxmi Narayan Temple (Birla Temple), Lotus Temple, Parliament House, President House, Government Building, etc all are architecturally beautiful monuments tourists love to visit.

Day 19 Delhi- Back Home
